Pow Kak Wen is a quantity surveyor by training and a Member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (MSISV). His experience spans pre-contract feasibility and cost planning through tendering, construction cost control, contract administration and final account settlement.
He has worked across residential, commercial, hotel, Good Class Bungalow, conservation and heritage projects. His experience with traditional procurement and design-and-build contracts supports practical advice suited to different client, design and contractor requirements.
